Consultancy
Nick, the lead consultant, ran CGI's insurance consultancy in the UK and Ireland for over 10 years. In that time he developed solutions for the UK and Irish markets that included the introduction of Machine Learning and AI services for a number of clients. He has performed company process audits for bother tier 1 and tier 2 insurance companies, that resulted in improvements in reliability and reduced costs. Nick also developed a number of industry wide hubs, such as the DVLA MyLicence service and Rating Hubs, which were hosted to CREST accredited and NSCS CHECK IT standards.

Greg leads our software development practice and is a seasoned software developer with a deep-rooted background in defence. He brings over two decades of hands-on experience across mission-critical systems. His work spans advanced sonar platforms, avionic control systems, and high-performance data analysis software—each demanding precision, reliability, and deep domain knowledge.
In the sonar domain, Greg contributed to the design and implementation of real-time signal processing algorithms, integrating acoustic data streams with intuitive operator interfaces to enhance situational awareness in naval operations. His avionic systems work includes developing embedded software for flight control and navigation, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety and certification standards while optimizing performance in constrained hardware environments.
